To get the most out of our time we recommend clients do a general tidy before we arrive including cleaning dishes and clearing out clutter as best you can. We know life gets busy though so it's no problem if you can't get to it.
Totally up to you! Whether you'd like to get some errands done or you work from home we can get our work done either way. Whatever works best for you.
We bring our own supplies including a vacuum. If you'd prefer we use one of your own cleaners or home vacuum we're happy to do that too.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—will be subject to the full service charge. Thank you for understanding and respecting our team’s time.
We're happy to do one-time cleanings as needed including deep cleans.
We're happy to accommodate special requests when we can. These usually require additional time which we will clear with you first before proceeding.
Special tasks include:
- dishwashing
- window cleaning
- refrigerator interior cleaning
- oven cleaning
- laundry
- cleaning behind appliances
- cleaning inside cabinets

Yes! In fact, that's the way we like it. The more we clean your home the better we get to know your preferences and the faster and more efficient we can get.
